How to place an order:

You can place your order through the section "Store" or in the different links that appear on our website. The process is very simple, follow the instructions on the screen to select the products and finally validate your cart.

Payment Methods

To be able to pay for your order online, you can choose between direct Bank Transfer or by credit or debit card. These systems meet the highest security and confidentiality standards and allow you to make a secure payment through the network without any difficulty.

Shipping costs

During the purchase process, depending on the purchase volume and its destination, our system will indicate the amount of the corresponding shipping costs. If you wish to pick up the order yourself or send it to your own transport agency, select the corresponding option during the purchase process.

returns

You have 15 days from receipt of the merchandise to make as many written claims as you deem appropriate. Gender returns will not be accepted once 30 days have elapsed from receipt of the order.

In case of errors in the shipment of the product, attributable to iviceversa CB, as well as defects in the products shipped, iviceversa CB is responsible for all transport costs derived from the return. Otherwise, all expenses incurred by the return of products will be borne by the customer.

Delivery term

Orders from our stock in standard format may be dispatched within an approximate period of one week.
